Meet Jennifer Woodward
I’ve lived in the Triangle area since 2008, grew up in a midwest town of 2,000, have lived in cities of 8 million, and I couldn’t be happier to have chosen Apex as home for my family. I’ve been a Realtor since 2014, a career I began after taking a few years off to be with my sons.
My background includes earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion from the University of Northern Iowa, managing a corporate wellness center in downtown Chicago and managing logistics for large scale non-profit 3-day breast cancer walks and 7-day AIDS bicycle rides. I spent a year living in London and traveled to various parts of the world, a time in which I grew my appreciation for many different walks of life. As a stay at home mom, I started a support group for parents of kids with food allergies, volunteered as Chairperson of the Triangle Walk for Food Allergies and was active in the PTA.
I live in Apex with my sons Alex and Samuel, and our dog Charlie. My parents are also transplants from the midwest and we’re lucky to have them nearby. I am a true ‘boymom’, and love that my home is the number one spot for my sons’ and friends’ sports-watching parties, school club meetings, countless driveway games and general hangout place. I rarely miss a baseball game (sometimes working on my laptop on the sidelines), I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
I am truly grateful to be able to help my clients buy and sell their homes - substantial investments and often very personal and emotional occasions. I pride myself on my ability to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients and to manage the multitude of situations that may arise during any transaction. I keep up with market trends so that I am able to provide important insight which is often key to my clients’ ability to get the best price for their home or win in multiple offer situations. I represent my clients with honesty and integrity, I am quick to respond, am always willing to talk through scenarios and I love educating first time buyers as they navigate the home buying process.
